Brian Radford was appointed vice president of information technology and chief information officer on October 14, 2024.
Radford has worked in various capacities at the Provo Missionary Training Center and in the Missionary Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 28 years, including the last five years as director of technology and product management. Within the Missionary Department, Radford defined the strategy for technology use for missionary work and training across the world. Part of his vision included implementing smartphones for 70,000 missionaries.
Radford has over 25 years of experience in information technology leadership at various organizations. He has a passion for business development and has served in executive leadership technology positions for several companies.
Radford received master’s and doctoral degrees in instructional psychology and technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from BYU.
